Bike Fitting
Why get fitted?
Our bodies are in a constant state of change, from increases and decreases in strength and flexibility as our training changes to impacts from past injuries to variances in our daily routines. Getting fitted frequently optimizes your comfort, efficiency, and power and helps prevent injuries.
Before Buying a New Bike:
Getting fitted before buying a new bike determines the size and model that are best for your body type.
Every 6 months after that:
We recommend a basic fitting every 6 months to keep your bike aligned with changes in your body.
A basic fitting takes your key body dimensions and evaluates your bike fit during a 15 minute test ride. We then provide recommendations for the size/model of bike that is best for your body type or make the necessary adjustments on your existing bike.
A comprehensive fitting is an in-depth physical evaluation of your body dimensions and mechanics, riding background, and any past injuries. This detailed info allows us to make precise changes to your bike to optimize your performance so you can take your riding to the next level.
